It should be clear that if you have come to Brain Bakery, you are not waiting for the old-fashioned Train the Trainer, which is based on participants who have been sent 'on a course' by their manager and who wants to entice them to be open to what the trainer has to offer. Trainers of today function more as facilitators for people who are already quite successful and certainly have ambition to reach the next level.

Jeanne Bakker is the central trainer in the course. During 4 of 12 days, guest trainers who have a specific expertise in one of the aspects of the trainer profession will come along. The guest trainers will be announced at the first training.

PITCHEN

Brain Bakery loves making the impact of training measurable, so we're keen to make sure everyone recoups the investment for the course. That's why you'll pitch to Brain Bakery clients several times during the program. If you win the pitch, you get to work as a trainer with that client. Pitches so far have included amazing L&D people from McDonalds, Timing, Kuehne+Nagel, Accor and Waes.

TRAINERS SKILLS

Anyone can call themselves a trainer and start giving training sessions. Only do you then make a difference? Or will you just give your participants a nice day? During the training you will learn all the techniques Brain Bakery perfected over 10 years to make measurable impact for clients. At the same time, you'll learn how to make sure your participants are on the edge of their seats and have a top time during your workshops, trainings and pathways.

DISTINCTIVE CAPABILITY

Sometime during the course we organize a Concept day. During this day, Jeanne will look at you as a trainer and your target group. Based on her first book, Alles is Niets, about distinctiveness in the trainer world, you will design a concept for you as a trainer together with Jeanne. What is your unique story? Sometimes you also work directly on a website, name or signature training. You can join this day, but of course you don't have to.

TRAINING SCIENCE BASICS

In the course you will learn to substantiate why you choose a particular structure in a training course. What makes you think this will have an effect? How do you think your participants learn from it? We will go through the most important scientific models so that you can also explain to your clients why you do what you do.
